Armed Robbery In Punta Gorda Town

There was an armed robbery on Tuesday night in Punta Gorda town.
Reports are that it happened around 9 o’clock last night at the Mali Apple Bar in the Indianville area.
The owner of the establishment Olga Reyes says that three men, described as being of dark complexion and carrying knives, held her up.
The assailants reportedly made off with about $150 in cash.
Reports from PG say that police carried out an extensive search of the area following the armed robbery and have detained three suspects, pending charges. JUAN CAAL Reporting
