Gas attendant robbed at gunpoint in San Ignacio town

San Ignacio Town, Cayo. Sunday, April 12, 2015. An armed robbery tonight in San Ignacio town has netted thieves an undisclosed amount of money.
According to reports received, two men, one of dark complexions and the other of fair complexion, held up Chuc’s Service Station on the George Price Highway on the outskirts of San Ignacio town around 9:30 pm.
Reports are that the armed men held up the gas attendant and relieved him of an undisclosed amount of cash, proceeds of the day’s sale.
Police are investigating this incident.
