Belmopan Baptist High graduates 44
Belmopan. Monday, June 1, 2015. The Belmopan Baptist High School held its graduation exercises for 44 students at the University of Belize Auditorium.
The proud graduates proudly recited their school pledge for the last time and entertained the audience with their rendition of “See You Again”.
The salutatory address was delivered by Oleyni Melinda Parez, followed by remarks from Pastor Brown from the Baptist Association of Belize and Principal’s Remark from Ann Uyi.
Leslie Arevalo proudly presented her valedictory address and expressed gratitude to the institution for giving her the opportunity to achieve her secondary education.
The Guest Speaker was John George from Youth with a Mission, who also received an Active Community Member Award from the institution.
Other awards were given to graduate Lynford Flores as the Male Athlete of the Year, graduate Oleyni Parez as Student of the year, graduate Aniki Flores for most improved student, Teacher Benita Paulino for Outstanding Performance and The Teacher of the Year Award went to Gisselle Hernandez.
The proud parents and family members cheered on their loved one while the supporters of the Baptist Community showed their support and commitment by encouraging them to achieve their success through Diligence and Hard work as expressed by their guest speaker.
