Search continues for boy missing in Blue Creek village, Toledo
Blue Creek village, Toledo. Sunday, August 2, 2015. Fifty hours after he was officially reported “missing” the search for 10 year old Jason Pau is continuing in Blue Creek village, Toledo.
Pau, a resident of Cuxlin Ha community behind Elridge village, went on a field trip with a missionary group on Friday.
After a day of swimming and touring of the cave, around 3:30 pm on Friday, the group realized that Pau was unaccounted for.
Police say the group immediately began looking for Jason in the water and on land, but could not locate him.
According to a report released today by the police press officer “it was later mentioned that Jason Pau had jumped in the water, went under and did not resurface.”
The police report says that a search and rescue operation involving the police and BDF soldiers is now ongoing.
Villagers of Blue Creek are also helping in the search to try and locate the ten year old boy.
