ATLIB names outstanding performers in placement exams
San Ignacio, CAYO. Monday, April 25, 2016. Belizean students continue to excel in education.
The Association of Tertiary Level Institutions of Belize (ATLIB) is reporting outstanding performances in the placement examinations which were administered in February, 2016.
Outstanding students in the Mathematics Examination are: Zhuo Lin Ye of Muffles College; Yasminia Luzely Vargas of Mopan Technical High School; Joy Shi of St. Catherine’s Academy; Geanna Perera of St. Catherine’s Academy; Ankit Chandwani of Belize High School and Gia Luz Urbina of Muffles College.
The most outstanding students in the English Placement Examination are Mauricio Barboza of Corozal Community College and Carlos Santiago Ake of St. John’s College.
According to a press release from the ATLIB Placement Examinations Office, the best essay in the English Exam was written by Sasshir Zean Chan of Sacred Heart College.
