Dry airflow makes for good weather heading into 2017

The result will be sunny skies today with a few cloudy spells.
Tonight will be partly cloudy and showers will be isolated.
Winds over the open sea and along the coast will be easterly at between five and fifteen knots, producing choppy sea conditions.
High temperatures today will reach 84 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 88 degrees Fahrenheit inland and 75 degrees Fahrenheit up in the hills.
The tides will be high at 11:49 am; low at 4:57 pm and high again at 11:18 pm.

The extended forecast for New Year’s day is for mainly fair weather conditions with little or no rainfall expected.
