Family searches for San Ignacio man
San Ignacio, CAYO. Saturday, March 5, 2016. A family from San Ignacio is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a loved one.
Thirty four year old Carlos Sanchez was last seen on Thursday evening around 5 o’clock near the CP Gas Station in Santa Elena town.
He was heading home but did not arrive at his destination.
According to family members, Carlos is a deaf/mute and stands 5 feet tall.
The last time he was seen, he was wearing black T-shirt – same one in the accompanying photograph – and a pair of long blue jeans pants.
He was also wearing khaki shoes.
Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Carlos Sanchez is asked to call his family at these numbers: Mirsa Tech at telephone number 607-1602 and Yoly Media at telephone number 607-4956.
Carlos Sanchez is a Guatemalan national and was in Belize visiting with his sister.
The family has already filed a missing person’s report and are now asking for the public’s assistance to locate him.
Carlos was due to return to Guatemala on March 10th when he brother was scheduled to come to Belize to look for him to make the return trip.
