Farmer critically injured in Monday night shooting in Toledo

Punta Gorda, TOLEDO. Tuesday, January 17, 2017. A man from San Antonio village, Toledo is listed in critical condition at the Southern Regional hospital in Dangriga.

56 year old Rufino Bul was shot in the left side of his chest just before 8 o’clock last night.

The official police report says that Bul was at a bar in San Antonio village around 7:50 pm on Monday when four masked men accosted him and one of the men shot him in the chest.

Bul was first taken to the clinic in San Antonio village and then transferred to the Punta Gorda community hospital.

He was later transferred to the Southern Regional hospital in Dangriga where he is listed in critical condition.

Police are investigating this shooting incident.
