Fire guts warehouse in the Corozal Free Zone

Corozal town, COROZAL. Tuesday, January 26, 2016. TNC: A warehouse belonging to P&P Store inside of the Corozal Free Zone was gutted by fire this afternoon.
According to reports received, the mid-afternoon blaze took hours to be brought under control and eventually extinguished by the collective efforts of fire-fighters from the Corozal Free Zone, the National Fire Service, Corozal branch and their counterparts from Neighboring Chetumal, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
The cause of the fire and the estimated cost of the damage have not yet been determined.
There are no reports of human injury as a result of the fire.
