Lord’s Bank youth charged for killing fellow villager

Thursday, October 15, 2015. Ladyville, Belize District. Police in Ladyville village, Belize district have arrested and charged nineteen year old Kafele Shemar Kishawn Garcia for the crime of murder.

This is in connection with the death of twenty five year old Ervin Osbert Franklin this past holiday weekend.

Garcia was arraigned in the Belize City Magistrate’s Court today.

No plea was taken and Garcia was remanded to the Belize Central Prison until his next court appearance.

Meanwhile, the post mortem examination on the Franklin’s body revealed that he died due to external bleeding, the result of multiple stab wounds.
