New Belize consulate in Coral Gables, Florida
A new office for the Belize Consulate in Florida was inaugurated on Tuesday in Coral Gables, Florida.
A government press release says that the Mayor of Coral Gables Jim Cason welcomed the new Belize Consulate to his city.
Among the guests at the inauguration were the Honorary Consul General Janine Sylvestre Vega, the Honorable the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Wilfred Elrington and the Chief Executive Officer in the Ministry of Labour and Local Government Mrs. Candelaria Saldivar-Morter.
The government statement says that “the new office has extended its courtesies to Belizeans to include passport services.The Consulate of Belize also continues to proactively promote trade/investment and tourism to Belize.”
