Passenger van loses its top on the highway
By Patrick E. Jones on December 28, 2014
Motorists traveling on the George Price Highway this morning saw an unusual sight early this morning.
A passenger van that was heading towards Belmopan suffered some kind of structural failure near Central Farm.
The top of the van somehow came loose and peeled back, sending insulation material strewing on the George Price Highway.
No indication is passenger was inside the van at the time of the incident.
Of note is that as the events unfolded, a herd of cows in a nearby pasture watched on intently.
