Police continue to investigate murder of Orange Walk businessman

Orange Walk police continue to investigate the murder of businessman Ricardo Alberto Triminio.

The fifty seven year old man was shot multiple times sometime overnight on Monday and his body, with multiple gunshot wounds, was found just before ten o’clock yesterday morning.

Police say they observed a bullet hole on the fiberglass window of Triminio’s Snack Shop.

Initial investigations by police revealed that gunshots were heard in the vicinity of Munchies Snack Shop around 2:30 am on Tuesday, but no report was made to the police.

Triminio’s body now lies at morgue at the Northern Regional Hospital where it awaits a post mortem examination.

Police say that nothing was stolen from the snack shop and the official investigation into what has become Orange Walk’s fourth murder of the year continues.
