San Ignacio resident finds bullets on the street
By Patrick E. Jones on April 18, 2015
San Ignacio, Cayo. Saturday, April 18, 2015. Concerned residents of San Ignacio town tonight called out the local police to an area on Awe Street in this municipality.
This is after a young lady walking in the area saw some ammunition, which appears to be 45 caliber bullets, lying on the ground.
She alerted friends and people in the area and so a call was made to the San Ignacio police station for them to come check it out.
It is not known where the ammunition came from but after about an hour of waiting, a police patrol arrived at the scene and retrieved at least four of the bullets that were seen lying on the ground.
