Sea search ended, missing fisherman’s body found
By Patrick E. Jones on July 16, 2013
The search for a man missing at sea since his boat capsized in stormy weather on Sunday afternoon has ended.
Around 9 am today, the body of Eduardo Dominguez, 27, was found by a search team near the Cerros point in Corozal.
West Vision understands that arrangements are now being made to transport the body to Corozal town.
Dominguez and another man, identified as Ryan Barahona were on board a 23-foot sailboat heading to the Bacalar Chico Marine Reserve when they encountered bad weather and capsized.
Barahona managed to make it to shore, but Dominguez unfortunately perished.
