Suspects busted with stolen gun belonging to murdered taxi driver

Police say that they have arrested and charged three persons, including a woman for the crimes of kept firearm and ammunition without a gun license and handling stolen goods.

The trio was busted on Monday in Teakettle village and found to be in possession of a 9 millimeter pistol that was reported stolen from murdered taxi driver Daniel Aguirre.

The burnt remains of Aguirre’s body were found inside his vehicle on Saturday morning on the Roaring River road in Teakettle village. 

Police say that during a search of Miguel Dominguez’ residence, they found a “CZ-75 Compact brand 9mm pistol along with 20 live rounds of ammunition” belonging to Aguirre.

Those arrested and charged have been identified as Noel Alexander Torres, 29; Blanca Dominguez, 41 and Miguel Dominguez, 49.

    Hi Patrick I am resident of Tea-kettle Village vacationing in the United Sates. I hope that the culprits in Daniels’ case will be caught and brought to justice. Hmmm what kind of animals do we have out there.
