Tourists Reportedly Abducted in Bullet Tree Falls Village
By Patrick E. Jones on January 9, 2014
An apparent kidnapping case appears to have ended in Bullet Tree Falls village, Cayo.
Reports earlier this morning are that two tourists were abducted in the Paslow Falls area of Bullet Tree Falls village.
Police and BDF soldiers with the assistances of residents reportedly swarmed the area and unconfirmed reports are that the two tourists have been rescued. No word yet on their condition.
Police are still in the area looking for what they believe are two men who carried out the brazen broad daylight abduction and were allegedly demanding a large amount of money for the release of the tourists.
More information on this story will be posted later.
