Vehicles crash on the George Price Highway; children received injuries
By Patrick E. Jones on November 23, 2013
Two vehicles, one belonging to the University of Belize, crashed tonight on the George Price Highway near the junction of the Hummingbird and George Price Highways.
Information is still sketchy, but reports are that children were hurt in the incident which happened by the curve on the approach to the Belmopan junction.
Information received says that the hHilux pickup truck belonging to UB crashed into another SUV being driven at the time by a woman, and then flipped several times.
An official investigation into the incident is being carried out by the police.
